Summer Spectacular Event Festivities Breakdown: Enjoy an enchanting evening of socializing while enjoying a beverage and delicious party buffet outside at the Hotel Indigo, Everett Waterfront, Live entertainment, Video Storytelling with a Historical Homage of our Past, together with Present and Future Endeavors to honor the journey of Village Community Services and its impact on the lives of individuals with IDD. For six decades, Village Community Services has been available for individuals with IDD and their families. Our comprehensive programs and services have provided vital resources, empowerment, and a sense of belonging to many community members. From residential care, affordable, safe housing, and employment job training to recreational activities and social integration initiatives, we strive to enhance the quality of life for those we serve. VCS has been on a growth trajectory over the past year. Our priority is to continue better understanding our underserved population's needs, barriers, and priorities by bringing their voices to every conversation.

Get ready for an unforgettable event about making a positive impact! In honor of our 60th Anniversary, we are celebrating with a Bash! The Village Community Services Summer Spectacular Soiree is here, and it's your chance to be part of something incredible.

‍Our Annual Fundraiser is the heart and soul of our mission to support the Village's Programs and Services, which are dedicated to providing individuals with diverse abilities and safe, affordable homes with the opportunity to live independently among their peers and achieve their full potential.

Program Description:

Event Attire: Summer Casual

FOOD & DRINKS: Dinner includes a Scrumptious Summer Buffet by Hotel Indigo. The buffet includes a no-host bar, dessert, and drinks, allowing guests to choose their meals.

PROGRAM: Narrated Video and Historic Picture Montage

Social & Live Music Outdoors: Sip a refreshing drink as you stroll or sit on the Patio overlooking the Everett Waterfront, the marina, and the Boardwalk!

Fundraising Activities:

‍For over 60 years, we have aimed to create a brighter, more independent, and inclusive future for our IDD clients in Snohomish County. With your help, we raised $60,000 in 2023 to support this vital cause. However, we still require additional operational funds to continue supporting the significant growth VCS has experienced over the past year. We invite you to join us and help us maintain the momentum. You will be engaged in fun and interactive fundraising activities, including a "Golden Ticket" High-Value Raffle Items and a "Blackout my Board" Visual Fund campaign. All proceeds support VCS!
